the location was central, close to many shops. the common area was modern and well-equipped with a kitchen. the bed was comfortable, with a self alarm that didn't disturb others. i found it easy to understand how everything worked.
i noticed the staff seemed undertrained, as they chatted amongst themselves during check-in. it seemed no one checked the amenity requests promptly. i had to communicate in multiple languages.

i found the location convenient to many attractions. the common area fostered a great atmosphere for meeting new people. my bed was super comfortable which ensured restful sleep. the staff was helpful and always friendly making me feel welcome .
the manager was not as helpful as i would have liked.
